Registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by a cheque or credit card.

If you cancel
You may reassign your registration to another person from your organisation. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administrative charge of $75 will be made, provided notification of cancellation is received by 25 September. After that date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Accommodation
Novotel Tainui is superbly located in the heart of Hamilton, on the banks of the Waikato River in the Central Business District of Hamilton.
The hotel offers 177 well appointed rooms, including 4 suites. You'll enjoy the fresh modern decor and all the features of an international standard hotel. Features include, individually controlled air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board, STD/IDD direct dial telephones, in room safe, movielink, mini bar and 24 hour room service.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Novotel Tainui for the conference on a first-come, first served basis.
Room rate: Bed and Breakfast $130.00 inclusive per room (maximum 2 people)
Accommodation must be booked by 11 September 2019. Please indicate on the registration form the dates you require accommodation, so the booking can be made for you.
Delegates are responsible for the payment of accommodation and other hotel expenses directly to the hotel.
If you have any special requirements (e.g. cot) please note in the accommodation section of the registration form.

Cellular phones and pagers
Out of consideration for the speakers and delegates we request that cellular phones and pagers are switched off or operated in silent mode during all conference sessions.
Delegates may be contacted through Conference Registration at the hotel. Every effort will be made to ensure that urgent messages are passed to delegates immediately the current conference session ends. In addition there will be a main noticeboard for programme changes and messages for delegates.

Special Needs

If you require a diabetic or vegetarian diet, or wheelchair access, please note on the conference form so that your needs can be satisfied.

Social Events

WELCOME FUNCTION
Meet and greet speakers, attendees and others informally. Renew old friendships, make new friends and start conference as we mean to go on

WESTERN THEME DINNER
Join us at our Western theme night with a magnificent buffet dinner, fine wines, ales and juices followed by music and dancing. Let your imagination run wild, and come dressed as cowboys, Indians, saloon gals, gamblers, gunslingers, bankers, Mexicans, Quakers, medicine men or whatever takes your fancy. Will the cavalry ride to the rescue? Do you want to be rescued?
Dress: Prizes will be awarded for the most inventive costumes.
Extra tickets for guests are available at $60 each.

GALA CONFERENCE DINNER
This Friday Gala conference dinner will feature fine cuisine, wines and entertainment.
Dress: Formal, alluring and sophisticated.
Extra tickets for guests are available for $90 each.
Children are not encouraged to attend this event.
