A limited amount of accommodation at the Quality Hotel, Fenton St, is reserved for the conference and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Any overflow will be accommodated at other hotels/motels nearby.
Room rate: $100 inclusive of GST. Each room contains a single and a double bed. Extra beds are available at $15 per person.
Delegates are responsible for payment of accommodation and other hotel expenses directly to the hotel.
Accommodation must be booked before 10 May 2019. Please indicate on the registration form the dates you require accommodation, so the booking can be made for you.
If you have any special requirements (e.g. cot, extra beds, babysitter etc) please note in the accommodation section of the registration form.
Out of consideration for speakers we request that cellular phones and pagers are switched off or operated in silent mode during conference sessions.

Delegates will not be interrupted during conference sessions to take messages but urgent messages will be delivered immediately the session finishes.

Magix, of course! We'll cast a spell over you with our magical food and wine, and then dance the night away to our lively disco.

Commencing with a champagne cocktail hour, the conference dinner on Friday evening will feature a four-course meal and fine wines.

Children are not encouraged to attend this function. Minders can be arranged through the conference organisers.
